This application assists ICU clinicians in evaluating the optimal timing for extubation of mechanically ventilated patients. Powered by a Multi-timescale Offline Constrained Policy Learning framework trained on the MIMIC-IV clinical database, it provides data-driven recommendations that balance extubation failure risk, remaining ICU length of stay, and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) risk.
